BiKube is committed to providing a quality product and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 10 calendar days to return the BiKube from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the BiKube must be in the same condition that you received it. 
The BiKube should be returned in the original packaging.
Include the original bill of sale.

Once we receive the BiKube, we will inspect it.  
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund.
Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. 
How to request a return:
1.  Access our simple online Return Authorization Request form at our official website.
2.  Identify the reason for your return, the date of purchase and date you received the BiKube.
3.  Provide us with your email address.  Instructions will be emailed to you as to how to best return the BiKube.
4.  Your refund will be processed once the BiKube has been received and inspected.

BiKube stands firm on the commitment to provide a quality product and exceptional service. The product has been built to precise specifications, with quality materials. It is inspected prior to shipment. The warranty represents our confidence in the workmanship and materials. The BiKube warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of this device. Proof of purchase and ownership is required to validate the warranty eligibility.

Please remember to record and keep the serial number and date of your purchase.

The warranty does not extend to any subsequent purchaser or owner. The warranty is void upon transfer of ownership or use by another person. This warranty does not cover problems due to negligence, improper use of the product, unauthorized modifications. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and routine maintenance.

The warranty is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Your BiKube is warranted for the following length of time:

  • Metal frame and Handlebar: 5 years Lifetime Warranty
  • Seat shaft: 2 year Limited Warranty
  • Non Metal/Metal parts: 1 Year Limited Warranty (Seat, clamps, grips, wheels)

You must register your original purchase of the BiKube online at Please retain the confirmation. Further details regarding warranty claims are outlined on the website.

For warranty service or claims, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the BiKube. In the event you are not able to receive satisfactory service, please contact BiKube Ltd directly. Do not return items without our prior consent.
